For Treatments - 

Upon scheduling your appointment with Alara Brow Design,a £50 non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee will be required to reserve your appointment. This booking fee, crucial for securing your booking, can be conveniently made via our website at www.alarabrowdesign.com, via bank transfer, or through the email link that will be sent to you.

Your appointment will be confirmed only upon receipt of the booking fee, ensuring that your reserved date is secured. We appreciate your understanding of this policy, which is designed to protect both our clients and our business from potential financial impacts associated with cancellations.

The remaining balance for your appointment is due on the day of the scheduled reservation. We offer flexibility in payment methods, allowing you to settle the balance with a card, bank transfer, PayPal pay in 3 or cash.We also offer Pay in 3 with PayPal for treatments/courses up to £2000. Once this payment is made your booking becomes non-refundable and non-transferable.

Models are required to pay balance in full at the time of booking and this charge is non refundable and non transferable to protect students from cancellations. Course cannot be conducted without models so we ask for your full commitment in this circumstance.

. Age Requirement: Clients must be 18 years or older to undergo cosmetic tattooing.

 

2. Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Clients must not be pregnant or breastfeeding at the time of the procedure.

 

3. Medical History Disclosure: Clients are required to declare all medical conditions and medications before undergoing the cosmetic tattooing procedure.

 

4. Allergies and Keloid Scarring: Clients must inform the practitioner of any allergies, history of keloid scarring, or other relevant medical information that may affect the procedure.

 

5. Smoking: Clients who smoke are advised to disclose this information as smoking may impact the healing process.

 

6. Previous Cold Sores: Clients with a history of cold sores must inform the practitioner to take necessary precautions.

 

7. Previous Work: Clients must disclose if they have had any previous cosmetic tattooing or related procedures, ensuring the practitioner is aware of the existing work.

 

8. Pre-care Agreement: Clients must agree to follow all pre-care instructions provided by the practitioner before the cosmetic tattooing procedure.

 

9. Aftercare Understanding: Clients must fully understand and agree to adhere to the aftercare instructions provided by the practitioner post-procedure.

 

10. Permanent Nature: Clients must acknowledge that cosmetic tattooing is a permanent procedure that naturally fades over time and is a form of tattooing.

 

11. Cancellation Policy: Clients must thoroughly understand the cancellation policy, acknowledging that their deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of a cancellation.

 

12. Pre-drawing and Approval: During the appointment, a pre-drawing will take place, and clients must consent to the shape through their explicit approval before proceeding with the tattooing process..

 

13. This can be a multiple appointment procedure to build up colour naturally and safely. Most clients will need 2 appointments but some may need lass or more depending on how the skin responds to the process. Top up prices are available on our website or at request.

 

By proceeding with the cosmetic tattooing procedure, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined above.

For Training - 

1. Course Enrollment:

- By enrolling in the cosmetic tattooing course, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined herein.

- You must meet all prerequisites and requirements as specified by the course provider. For all Masterclasses and Shadow days you must hold a qualification in permanent cosmetics.

 

2. Payment and Fees:

- Tuition fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the course.

- Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by the course provider.

 

3. Course Materials:

- All course materials provided are copyrighted and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

- Any additional materials required for the course are the responsibility of the student.

 

4. Attendance and Participation:

- Regular attendance and active participation in all course activities are mandatory.

- Failure to attend or participate may result in dismissal from the course without refund.

- All pre-study must be completed prior to the course commencing. If this is not completed along with requested tasks the course can be cancelled without a refund.

 

5. Conduct:

- Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times during the course.

- Disruptive behavior, harassment, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated and may result in immediate expulsion from the course.

 

6. Certification:

- Completion of the course does not guarantee certification.

- Certification will be awarded based on meeting specified criteria and passing any required assessments.

 

7. Health and Safety:

- Students must adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided by the course instructor.

- It is the responsibility of the student to ensure they are in good health and able to participate in practical training sessions.

 

8. Liability:

- The course provider is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property incurred during the course.

- Students are encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for their activities related to cosmetic tattooing.

- Students must check they will be able to obtain a premises licence to practice by their local council prior to paying the deposit and attending the course. The training academy only provides certified accreditation through ABT Insurace.

 

9. Changes and Cancellations:

- The course provider reserves the right to make changes to the course schedule, curriculum, or instructors if necessary.

- In the event of course cancellation by the provider, students will be entitled to a refund of any fees paid.

 

10. Success in the Field:

- The training provider cannot guarantee and carries no responsibility for the success of students in the field of cosmetic tattooing.

- Success in the field is dependent on various factors, including but not limited to, individual skill, dedication, and application of the knowledge provided during the course.

- The training provider offers education and training, but ultimately, the success of students is determined by their own efforts and abilities.
